Basic product positioning is most effective when combined with a dedicated field service team. Merchandising, in addition to positioning, also includes ordering and the placement of pre-agreed POS materials, as well as field service support that can fully replace your own team in the field.



Product positioning
is in most cases used as support to the client’s existing field team. The role of the positioners is to organize the shelves and the client’s products, restock shelves, check prices, and remove damaged or expired items.
Product positioning is a basic activity within our service portfolio, as it includes the essential elements required for proper shelf maintenance. It ensures that products already present in the store are placed in their designated positions, properly priced, organized, and ready for purchase.
Merchandising
In addition to all the elements of the product positioning service, merchandising provides a more comprehensive approach to managing the client’s products. Besides monitoring stock levels and product status, merchandising also includes product ordering and the installation of various additional displays.
The merchandising service gives clients better insight into the status of their products while allowing them to delegate certain retail activities to us, helping to relieve their own teams. Merchandising is typically used by clients with smaller field teams or in areas where their own visits to stores are less frequent.
Sales representatives
is a service that can completely replace a client’s own field team. The work is carried out by a permanent and experienced team that, as a true representative of the client, has the authority and expertise to handle a wide range of agreements, such as negotiating additional product displays, price promotions, write-offs, and other activities.
This service is typically chosen by clients who, due to size, cost efficiency, or strategic decisions, do not maintain their own field team. All activities are supported by online reporting and other analytical tools.

Whether it is product positioning or merchandising, the work is carried out by a local field team of sales promoters. Their task is to visit selected stores according to the client’s requirements and perform the agreed activities there. The entire project is overseen by an internal team consisting of an account manager and regional supervisors, who ensure that the work runs smoothly.
